Jerky

All jerky is made to order from here on out.  Place order for what you like to be made. Please allow 4 to 5 days on order to be completed.  I am going back to allowing my jerky to infuse for 24-36 hours like before and cooking slower and lower temp. I apologize but I want to have quality over quantity and I want my customers to enjoy each and every bite.
